CLASS NOTES/ I AIN'T GOT TIME FOR THIS

Time and effort with satisfaction means happiness, a lot of time spent and not a good grade is angry/mad/sad/, if you don't put in much effort you don't get the same satisfaction. People who are satisfied are the ones who feel confident that they know they're doing something good because they put in the time and effort. A person who hasn't worked for it feels like a fraud. The only time you get satisfaction is when you think you deserve it. 

• Sleep/ Eat/ Shower/ Cleaning (Biology)
• Homework/ Clubs/ Meetings/ School/ Work/ Commute *Outer*  (SELLING$$)
• Socialize/ Phone/ Cleaning *Other* (Giving Time)
• Practice/ Hobbies * Inner* (Spending)
• Netflix/ Video Games *Non-Directive* ( Passing)

Distraction can be in doses, which means no accomplishment.
