HAWTHORNE AND POEM ON DREAMS

The authors use the idea of dreaming because we all can do that instantly while others take time. Dreams seem to come true in some parts but not always and sometimes you see more then whats going to happen which is technically foreshadowing the future. In both the stories we've read they demonstrate the allusion of each piece. In Brown Story we are shown that the wife with ribbons flying on a normal day is going to lie while we are shown in Dream that everything is just painted and all it needs is life to continue with the purpose. An allusions is something that is indirectly but should be known before it happens.
