GATSBY CHAPTER 8 NOTES AND THOUGHTS

- He couldn't sleep at all, he also tells Nick that nothing happened and that she came at @4 to the window to turn off the light

- Nick tells him to leave but he refuses because he wants to know what Daisy is doing and still has hope that she loves him 

- The way that they left each other is Gatsby left being attached to her, they were sitting together and that made them feel connected as of to see what will be waiting ahead of them 

- To bring back the reader to where its a story and that he is making sure that we still know what is going on, he wants to swim in the pool before he leaves. Which means that something was going to happen to Gatsby if he didn't go swim in the pool.
- We find out that Gatsby is killed by Wilson and Nick is on his way to visit him but he knows something happened and heads to the pool where they find the dead body
